The Status of the SBA 8(a) Program Post-Ultima

Please join the Small Business & Other Socioeconomic Programs Committee and the Commercial Products and Services Committee for our September 2023 meeting on the impacts of the Ultima Servs. Corp. v. U.S. Dep't of Agriculture decision on SBA’s 8(a) Program, including discussion on personal social disadvantage narratives, updates on new applicants to the 8(a) program, and conversation around unresolved issues in the 8(a) program following the Ultima decision.
